Greater Waterbury Opioid Workgroup

This Waterbury Opioid Workgroup has been developed as a result of the opioid crisis in our  state.  We are concerned prevention, treatment and healthcare professionals, law enforcement, local officials,  people in recovery from opioid use disorders, family members and others who endeavor to reduce the  harmful effects of opioid misuse, abuse and overdose weigh on our region.

Our purpose is to identify and develop resources in our area to prevent & address opioid misuse, addiction, treatment, stigma, and recovery needs of all people.
