Suicide Advisory Board
The Region 5 Suicide Advisory Board (R5SAB) brings together the important work of suicide prevention, intervention, and response across different settings and communities in the 43 towns of Western CT.
Advisory board membership, brought together because they believe in the power of promoting health and preventing suicide, includes: clinicians, individuals with lived experience, prevention professionals and volunteers, social workers and psychologists, healthcare professionals, crisis intervention specialists, and more.
Our members bring unique experiences and perspectives to meeting discussions, participate in a variety of learning opportunities, and inform suicide prevention work at a regional and state level.
